You can receive email notifications about what another user has done.

Tracking can be set for a folder, device, and account.

The menu item can be accessed with the right mouse button or from the '...' menu:

         

In order for emails to arrive, the Email account settings must be set up well:

In addition, you need to fill in the correct email address for the user account in PassMan.
